A cosy apartment half a minute from the beach and 10 minutes’ walk from Rafina port.There are a lot of ferries for many Cyclades islands. Fantastic view of the sea and the near beach (Marikes). It is approximately 6 km (17 min) from the airport, 30 km from Athens city centre & 2,9 km (8 minutes) from Rafina Port. There is a big parking plot nearby.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one couch in the living room, which turns to double bed and one couch, which turns to single bed. There are a mini market and a bakery very close to the apartment, but there are a lot of markets, restaurants and sport activities very close. Every room is equipped with A/C and there is a fireplace in the living room. All windows and balcony doors have a net, which is recommended to keep it closed, in order to prevent insects from entering the flat. The apartment is cosy and at your own disposal. You can feel it as your home and take care of it as if it was yours. You will meet Vassilis, the host of the flat during check-in and check-out.
