The climate of Athens is not cold so it is suitable for swimming at the sea even in winder when it is not windy or cloudy. We highly recommend walking or cycling by the beaches of Glyfada, (Southeast 5 minutes away from the flat). Αt the same area there are grate places for shopping, cinema , caffe and food. You can also go to the opposite way (Northwest) up to Piraeus on foot or by bicycle. A fine way to explore and discover the coast of Athens. The neighborhood is not too far from all the grate locations and sites of Athens. The main road, Leoforos Posidonos that is crossing the area, connects the hole coast from Pireaus Port until the Cape Sounio where the temple of Poseidon is lockeded.
