“Sea Swell villas” are 2 villas (each villa sleeps 8 or 9 adults) and 1 apartment (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children) situated in a beautiful villa complex just 400 meters from the famous Santa Maria beach in Paros. You are just five minutes walk from the beach with turquoise waters, where you can enjoy water sports (surf, scuba, water-skiing, etc) or simply relax at the beach bar and restaurant. Sea Swell villas have wonderful views to the beach, Naxos island and the surrounding area from their verandas and private gardens. They also have direct access to the large open air swimming pool. They have stone walls, white marble floors and modern island design. They all have free wifi, A/C, washing machine, flat screen TV, a modern kitchen with an eating bench and private parking space free of charge. The 2 large villas also have a dryer, oven, dishwasher, DVD player, WC and a large dining area for 8 people. I am an architect with 2 children, and together with my husband, Stefanos, who is a civil engineer, we design hotels and houses in several areas in Greece. The villas are just 400 meters from the famous Santa Maria beach in Paros. The housing complex is only five minutes walk away from the beautiful turquoise waters, where guests can enjoy all water sports (surf, scuba, water-skiing, etc) or simply relax at the beach bar and restaurant. Guests can also explore the famous traditional village of Naousa (5 km) as well as several other beaches close by (Mikri Santa Maria in 1.6 km, Laggeri in 1.8 km , Ambelas in 6.5 km, etc). There are great restaurants just a 5 minute drive away. The closest supermarket, bakery or grocery store are a 5-8 minute drive away from Sea Swell Villas.
