In an area of 4 acres in Sani Beach, S4Sani blends aristocratic elegance with modern style of decoration. Each elegant unit boasts its own private pool. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. With key elements of the architecture the stone and the wood, the ground floor in each villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa, which can be used as a bed of two people, and a WC. The internal circular staircase leads to the first floor where there are two main bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two large single beds which can be converted into another double bed. On the first floor is also the main bathroom. In the auxiliary areas of the basement the guest can utilize all the necessary home furnishing. Each unit also comprises a large outdoor dining area which creates the ideal conditions for a breakfast meal having as a background the green of the forest and the blue of the sky and the sea or a romantic candle light dinner by the pool. Thessaloniki Airport is 56 km from the property. Free private parking is possible on site.

Our luxury residences assert to meet your highest standards. They are designed on three levels total area of 120sqm and can accommodate 4-6 people. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with three-seater sofa, which can be used as a bed of two people, and a WC. A big advantage is the direct access to the 18sqm private pool from all areas of the ground floor. Outside the ground floor you will find a large wooden dining room which creates the ideal conditions for a breakfast meal having as a background the “green” of the forest and the “blue” of the sky and the sea or a romantic candle light dinner by the pool. The internal circular staircase leads to the first floor where there are two main bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two large single beds which can be converted into another double bed. On the first floor is also the main bathroom. In the auxiliary areas of the basement the guest can utilize all the necessary home furnishing.
In an area of four acres in the famous area of Sani Halkidiki, where the green of the forest stops and starts of the blue sky and the sea, S4Sani Luxury Residences is located.
