TheHotelgr was founded on 2004 as a small software company, that very soon realized the need to promote Crete in the world and "to connect" the guests of Crete with the locals under all types of services (accommodation, experiences, taste of real Crete). The best way to make that true was through a travel agency and that is how TheHotelgr Travel Agency was created by Emmanuel Solidakis with the help of his brother, Yannis Solidakis. Our team has 15 years of experience in incoming tourism in Villas, luxury Apartments and hotels in Crete. We are specialized in offering concierge, personalized services to all our guests. We help our guests have lovely memories during their holidays and live some of the best experiences of Crete. We wish you come back and stay in the same or another property of our handpicked portfolio again after a few years. During the last years we manage exclusively a few Villas and Apartments, and we help our guests to enjoy really special holidays as well as the owners to offer top hospitality and get a good income. TheHotelgr is registered in the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and our office is located in 41-43 Skalidi street in Chania town.

Rafalia Cozy Apartment is a spacious, second floor 3-bedroom apartment in a calm residential area of Chania, in walking distance from the picturesque old town, 1100 meters from the old Chania market. All the every day amenities (bakery shop, mini markets, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket) can be found next to the Apartment. An open plan area with a sofa corner and a 55 inches Smart TV, a land view balcony with an outdoor breakfast table, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Three bedrooms with a double bed each, one common bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a wc are offered. Air-condition in every bedroom and the open plan area is provided.

All guests can enjoy a few nice cafes, restaurants and pizzerias next to the Apartment. The old town of Chania is easily reached on foot as well. Side street parking is available nearby.
