The owner of this accommodation really stood out. Not only were the rooms clean, well equipped (cutlery, bowls, kettle, fridge) and air conditioned but the host was so lovely and welcoming - even sitting us down with refreshments and giving us a 10 minute run down of the best things to do on the island and supplying us with a suggested itinerary based on the amount of time we were spending on Paros. She was always around if you needed anything and seemed genuinely interested and invested in her guests' days and if they were having a pleasant stay. Couldn't have asked for better - really lovely place

Located less than 1 km away from the centre of Parikia, the family-run Pension Chanioti offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony overlooking the complex’s garden. It features a furnished terrace shaded by a flowery pergola. Chanioti rooms are simply furnished and have en-suite bathroom with shower. Each is fitted with a satellite TV and a mini fridge. The sandy beach of Livadia is within 350 metres and offers restaurants, cafes and a mini market. Free on-site parking is available. Paros Aiport is 10 km away, while the port is at 1 km.

PENSION CHANIOTI is a family-run pension that consists of 8 double rooms with bathrooms in a beautiful garden. It is located in one of the quietest areas of Parikia, the capital of Paros island, close to Livadia beach. Our perfect location, warm atmosphere and personal touch has provided a memorably stay to old & new guests alike for over 25 years.
As I was born and raised in Paros and I enjoy walking on the island, I can say I know the island 'inside & out' and can give you excellent tips to make the most of your stay on the island. I have worked as manager of our family pension in Parikia for over 15 years, so lots of experience in keeping guests happy! I am also an artist (orthodox icon painter & photographer) and sometimes work as a tour guide with Paros Hikes, an eco-tours cooperative on Paros & Antiparos. I myself enjoy travelling and have lived in Italy (Padova & Firenze) for over two years. I look forward to meeting you and showing you the best Paros has to offer!
Pension Chanioti is located in a ideal position just 200m from the sandy beach of Livadia and 1 km from the port and the town center in one of the quietest areas of Parikia .Restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets are within walking distance (10 min).
