The closest living area is 'Kalamaki'where you can find bakeries, pharmacy,supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 1km away. The city centre of Chania is only 6km away ,15min by car . Close to the house you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit. The nearest are Kalamaki beach which is 1km away(13min by foot) and Stalos beach which is located 1,1 km from our house(13min by foot). A car is recommended to get the most out of the area, but the bus can also be used(bus stop is 700m away,routes from/to Chania,every 20min).Please,note that the way back from Kalamaki to our house is quite uphill for about 500m.
