Newly renovated house (builded in 1905) situated in a neoclassical building with art deco furniture and up to date appliances in Athens, next to Attiki metro station (10 meters!), 5 metro stations away from Syntagma Square and 6 metro stations away from Plaka and Acropolis. Attiki station is a Central station for metro and train. It is easily accessed from Eleftherios Venizelos airport and port of Pireous. The Space A fully equipped and nicely decorated 87 sq m house. It has high ceilings with plaster decorative details. Painted in a white and gray color, has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a wc. The house is equipped with a security door and security-triplex windows with mosquito screens.

Attiki is the county in which Athens is located, Greece and home of Attiki station. It is located in the northwest of Athens' centre. The neighbourhood and its central square (Attikis Square) named after Attica Railways, a railway company that constructed the line Athens-Kifissia-Lavrion. Attiki was the terminal station of this line. Attiki was bounded differently from today in 1908. A clearly urban development of Attiki began in the 1930s with the construction of family houses and the first modern apartment buildings in Athens. The development of apartment buildings was contemporary with Kolonaki and other central neighbourhoods. Although many of the earlier houses were built in a neoclassical or eclectic style, from the 1930s onwards, the designs of newer houses and apartment buildings were influenced by international trends such as modernism, Bauhaus and Art Deco.
