My name is Yiannis, I’m the owner of this luxurious villa in Rethymno, Roussospiti. I was build Mystic Villa with impeccable taste and high standards. With a deep appreciation for quality and attention to detail, I spared no expense in building and designing this stunning property that boasts two magnificent swimming pools. My passion for creating a space that not only exudes luxury but also feels like a home away from home is evident for the traditional charm and natural beauty of Crete, he masterfully designed and built the villa to showcase the stunning landscape and offer a haven of tranquility for his guests. My personal touch can be felt throughout the villa, with carefully chosen furnishings and décor that reflect his love for the island's culture and heritage. From the handcrafted wooden furniture to the local artwork adorning the walls, every detail has been carefully selected to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The villa boasts not one, but two swimming pools, one of which is heated, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind in any season. Today there are about 700 people in the village of Roussospiti. There are two churches in the village, the old “Isodou Theotokou” and the “Agia Paraskevi”, where every Sunday a Greek-orthodox mass is celebrated. “Agia (Saint) Paraskevi” is the patron saint of the village, and on July 26, her name day, there is a big village celebration. In Roussospiti there is a kindergarten and a primary school for the local children. There is also a Minimarket, a “kafenion”, a kiosk and two “tavernas” for the benefit of locals and visitors alike. Only 5 klm from Rethymnon town and the beach it gives you an ideal position of holidays. Rethymno City is small but beautiful and authentic in every aspect, Rethymno will give you the chance to come close to the Cretan culture and make you realize why Cretan hospitality is so famous.
