The apartment is the first row to the beach. Very decent place, you have all you need. The hosts, Mihalis and Georgia, made us feel fantastic. Fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden was brought to us every single day. Place is amazing, bring some kind of calmness to you. The warmest recommendations to everyone. We hope to come back! Located in Lygaria Village, Lygaria Studios features seaside studios with side or full Mediterranean Sea views from their balcony, just a few metres from sandy Agia Pelagia beach. A kitchenette with fridge and coffee-tea-facilities is included in the simply furnished guestrooms. Each enjoys air conditioning and a private bathroom. The owner's restaurant is located right below the studios and guests can enjoy traditional Cretan meals at discounted prices. Lygaria Studios provides free WiFi in public areas of the property. A few taverns and supermarkets can be found within a short walking distance. It is 17 km from Heraklion City. Our newly renovated building is located next to the beach overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia. The exterior of the building including the interior design of our Studios were completely remodelled and renovated this year, in 2022. Our many years of experience in the field of hospitality guarantees all guests a pleasant vacation of high standards.

Our property welcomes kids of all ages due to the fact that the bay is very safe and due to Agia Pelagia being close by, kids like adults could benefit from both worlds (from both a quiet to a more cosmopolitan environment which offers a variety of activities such as water sports but also some restaurants have kids corners).Lygaria is considered to be safe as there is lifeguard surveillance since the beach welcomes hundreds of kids each year!All our studios are recently renovated(bathrooms and surroundings).
Agia Pelagia is the place next to Lygaria bay (5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking distance) which is more of a location in which you can combine a restful holiday together with a more cosmopolitan touch due to the many more restaurants and bars compared to the bay of Lygaria. In Agia Pelagia there are also some water sport activities of all ages that would make your holiday a lot of fun.
