Kirki Studios is a family run property on the suburbs of Parikia, 3klm away from the port and the center of Parikia. The location is on the countryside ideal for guests who like calmness and nature while being on a short distance at the centre and the beaches too. The studios have view to the town from a hight. The area requires to have a mean of transport as there is no public transportation. By car or bike the distance is 5 minutes from the port but on foot would take around 35 minutes and the road is ascending so we suggest our customers to have taken these facts under consideration. By the arrival we welcome our guests at our cafe Nisea at Livadia beach,600m from the port and at first we drive them at the studios to provide the keys and make the check in. By the departure we may arrange transfer to the port or airport upon request. We try our best to accommodate all of our guests in such was in order to see them all in future again. Hope to see you too!
Kirki Studios locate on the suburbs of Parikia 3klm from the port and the inter of Parikia. From the beach of Livadia which is the nearest the distance is 2klm or 5minutes by car or bike. The area offers nice panoramic view to Parikia, calmness far from the noisy town while short proximity to the beaches and the centre at the same time. We suggest our guests to mind and have their own mean of transport as there is not any public transportation passing by this part of the island.
