The house has 2 double beds, 1 semi-double bed, a sofa with sliding bed with mattress and a corner sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. Inside you are going to find a washer and iron with an ironing board for your clothes, hairdryers and a brush hairstraightener, satellite TV, radio-cd player, children toys etc. Can comfortable accomodate 2 families with kids, couples or group of friends. The house is insulated, cool in the summer hot in the winter, all rooms have A/C and floor heating. Every room has its own style. Special for lovers of vintage style. You are close to the most famous beaches such as Kalamaki, Agioi Apostoloi, Inguana, Chryssi Akti, Glaros, Agia Marina, Platanias, Aptera from 1 to 5 minutes by car. At only 2 minutes you can reach to the National Road, you need only 7-10minutes to reach to the center of Chania town! The place is in a hub point! Choose JoaMe Villa for unforgetable stay! The neighborhood is quiet and a safe area to stay, close to nature and to holiday resorts. The area is perfect for quiet walks or jogging. Very close you can find bus-transportation, mini-markets, taverns, coffee bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bookstore, bakery shop, butcher shop, fish-shop, ice-cream shop and much more. Near is the Alps of Saint Apostles where you can run, bike, exercise with outdoor sports equipment,there is a playground for children. Near the sandy beaches there is beach volley and plenty summer water sports. Nearby there is the picturesque chapel of the Holy Apostles, which is worth visiting. Village Galatas is very close where someone can visit the house of Miki Theodoraki and in Galata square there are events every year for the battle of Crete in 1941. Few meters away is the local church of the area where you can visit it or if you are lucky you can be in a local celebration of the Saint end of August.
