Iris Residence is well suited both as a couple's coastal retreat or a family’s self-catered getaway! Besides the fact that the Residence is fully equipped, completely and elegantly reconstructed and refurbished with the finest touches of the best private homes, it also encaptures the simplicity of water, light and air in all its grandeur. The Residence can accommodate up to 7 guests in its three spacious bedrooms. Iris Beach Front Residence, is part of an iconic complex - Kimata BeachFront Retreats, which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex. - Seasonal pool (End March-mid November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.
