Guest Access: The apartment is fully furnished, with one double kingsize bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch which turns into a 1.60 m. x 2 m. double bed; features a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It is airconditioned by two brand new Daikin units (total of 30.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlinght flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to an olive tree) and the rear balcony has an open view to a small garden. The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in the bedroom, and living room. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets).
