A cozy little Greek House in a quiet seaside village location. We had a lovely relaxing stay from 14 - 21 December 22. House was chilly when we arrived but it soon became very cozy. Exactly what we wanted and were not disappointed excellent value for money. The house was decorated for Christmas which was an added touch and much appreciated. If you a simple, traditional authentic Greek escape it is just perfect. House was well equipped, no Dishwasher but it wasn’t advertised and we didn’t expect. You are not paying 5⭐️ prices so if you want a 5⭐️ experience go to a resort and pay the price. We loved our stay and we’re very happy there. Thank You Mario’s

The house is 100sq.m. and built within an enclosed & independent area of 270sq.m. fully and exclusively available to the guest, including a garden surrounding it, with full, autonomous and exclusive access to the visitor! It has a 2-car parking space and is a 7' drive away from the center of Eretria with lots of restaurants literally at the sea and its port with a boat taking you to Oropos in 15' (cars allowed on board) leaving every 30'. It is also a 5' drive to the Archaeological museum of Eretria. It is a beautiful, newly built, pet-friendly house, located in a quiet and scenic neighborhood 50m from Agios Andreas beach with a cantine offering food and beverages. It is carefully (beautifully and ergonomically) designed, with brand new electrical appliances accompanied by their user multilingual manuals (oven, fridge, washing machine, air-conditioning etc.) and brand new beds. There is a very spacious veranda surrounded by trees and flowers and the 50m walk to the seaside is absolutely relaxing. The stroll along the seaside is unforgettable! Must visit Eva Camping beach nearby as well as the neighboring towns Chalkida (15' by road) and Oropos (15' by boat).

Eretria is a fantastic seaside destination for a family or group of friends, with a magnificent sunset! It is located on the island of Evia, and it's close to the center of Athens (1h drive), to Chalkida (20' drive) and a number of other great seaside destinations across Evia such as Kymi (1h drive east), Karystos (1.5h drive south) & Lichadonisia (a well worth 3h drive north)! A visit to Oropos is a must, considering it's a 15' boat trip from the port of Eretria! Oropos is about 55 km far from the centre of the capital and has a coastline that starts from Kalamosand ends to Chalkoutsi. Oropos beach is located on the coast of the Evian Gulf and therefore hosts the ferry Skala Oropou - Eretria. In Oropos, visitors will encounter clean waters and beaches mainly with pebbles, can deal with their favourite water sports and for relaxation there are dozens of beach bars and cafes and restaurants, while from the part of the municipality, there are many cultural activities. Also there is a local market that passes by Eretria every Sunday morning, where one can buy local vegetables and fruits from local farmers, in very low prices!
