Available all year-round, Evelyn's House is a self catering apartment, which has been rated with 3 keys (approx 4 stars) by the Greek National Tourism Organization. The house provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples travelling together and businessmen. Guests are within a 15-minute walk away from Chania City Centre and the Venetian Harbor. Evelyn's House has a luminous and airy living room with a dining area that is equipped with all the necessary comforts and a fireplace. There is also a full-kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils necessary for dining in. Four modern, bright and air-conditioned bedrooms are fully-renovated each is fitted with anatomic, anti-allergic latex mattresses, boasting en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a balcony, satellite TVs and free wireless internet access. The house features a rooftop indoor heated hot tub for up to 5 persons. The furnished terrace on top offers sun loungers, sofas and other casual seating under a pergola. Next to the main house there is an independent fully-equipped guest room available with private facilities and amenities. Finally, free private indoor parking is available.

Although Chania is not a big city, there is much to discover on foot. The Kum Kapi beach is at a walking distance of only 200 meters. Along the seaside road of Miaouli Coast in Koum Kapi, there are cafes, restaurants and bars, all by the sea and overlooking the endless blue of the Cretan Sea. The island is famous for its Cretan diet and food. At a distance of approximately 800 meters, you can visit the home of the national leader Eleftherios Venizelos, the house of Reuf Pasha and the mansion of Baron Schwarz. At about 600 meters distance three churches stand: a Greek Orthodox, a Catholic, and a Russian Orthodox one. Moreover, Evelyn's House is within 100 m walk away from a summer cinema. Finally, there are many food shops, markets, bakeries and groceries close by. There's so much for the visitor to see and truly enjoy. The Cretan people are extremely friendly and helpful.
