Located on a hill in Kissamos Elea Villas features minimalist and modern decoration with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with views over the terrace, the olive groves and the Cretan Sea. It offers a private pool with hydromassage facilities. The villa has 5 bedrooms with en suite or adjacent bathrooms, some with rain shower and hydromassage. All bedrooms are equipped with COCO-MAT mattresses, free WiFi and air conditioning. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Villa Kissamos lies amidst an olive grove on a luscious hill with an extraordinary view on the gulf of Kissamos. It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquility of a uniquely green landscape, only 1.7 km away from the nearest beach which lies in front of Kastelli town.The villa comprises of two separate floor apartments that are only rented together. Each floor is totally independent with separate entrances and it is the best choice for two families or groups.The whole building and facilities are high quality throughout and great care can be seen in every detail including Cocomat beddings and hydromassage showers in the bedrooms and bathrooms. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
