Fantastic location, fantastic house with huge garden, close to all the restaurants, shops etc.. Will be back next time in Plakias. The place was fully equipped including, full of amenities and even a stocked fridge and food to prepare breakfast! Ideal for families!

Summer ground-floor residence, lately renovated and fully equipped. Ideal located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Plakias, 3' min. walk distance from Plakias beach, taverns and shops all by the sea. Perfect for families or friends. Spacious courtyard and garden plus private parking area. Also, a shared swimming pool is available and free opposite our home. Home furnishing all set on a 75m2 groundfloor apartment. A spacious living room contains a comfortable corner couch, smart satelite TV, DVD player plus a fire place. A fully equipped built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment and more plus plenty of provisions. Elegantly decorated bedrooms to ensure a blissful sleep. Fine bed linens as well as towels are provided. Modern bathroom with shower column and cabin spacious enough to enjoy a cool shower after a long-hot day. We also supply any toiletries you may need or have forgotten. A 600m2 area in simple mediterranian style with lemon and orange trees and old sycamores in the background beside a small river which is flowing to the sea. On a separate area you'll find a round table and a concrete bench under the trees with rich shadow reflecting tranquility.
We are a family of four, we live in beautiful Rethimno where we are working. Plakias is our favourite place, our favourite weekend escape from everyday routine. Heart is beating slower there, no rush, no anxiety! You get closer to nature which offers you a sense of freedom and relaxation. Our boys love it too, they can play as much as they want in the yard or at the beach as well. What we also like about this house is that you get where ever you want on foot. However, we can't visit it as often as we would like. Some of you can enjoy it instead. That makes us very happy because it's like we share with you memories, Greek summer spirit and of course our "meraki" (= to do something with soul, creativity & love). Our neighborhood is quiet enough even though it's in a central spot of Plakias village. In less than 3 min. on foot you reach the beach, restaurants, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, ATM machine, post office, doctor's and dentist's office and several supermarkets and shops. Plakias is one of the most popular destination in South Crete. That's because of the local-traditional way of living and the crystal clear sea waters. Sandy beach is very well organized with umbrellas, sand beds and showers.
