All 3 houses and gardens have open views to the blue sea of the Mediteranean. Our guests can swim and eat together but also enjoy privacy in each of the 3 houses with private garden. It is perfect for large families or group of friends that enjoy holidays together, but also enjoy some time of privacy, since they don't all sleep in adjascent rooms but in their own private home! Everyone can get together at the pool level or at the large dining table, but also read quietly in their garden! We promote an easy-going, "close-to-nature" lifestyle, so you might find cats and turtles -healthy and harmless- walking around (not ideal for people that feel uncomfortable in the prescence of animals)

I am an architect working in Athens and this house complex is my summer retreat. I travel a lot and I love hosting other travellers, like myself! I don't live there, the whole property is rented to guests. I have a caretaker that can visit to help you with anything you might need during your stay, like tips on eating and drinking in the area, the best beaches, how to get to Athens center ect. We love animals and we take care of 5 cats that live in the garden. Cats in Greece generally live free outdoors, not inside people's homes. It is possible that cats and turtles will wander in your garden sometimes, but they are very friendly, healthy and cute. If you are not comfortable in the presence of animals, then this is not the right place to spend your holiday. We are right on the Athens Riviera, our area is called Lagonisi. We are 30km from Athens center. The nearest beach is 750m. And many more beaches, seaside villages and to explore by car. Traditional tavernas with local food and wine in the area. We will give you a list of our favourites! We are on the top of a hill, so renting a car is strongly advised. Athens center is accessible by bus and metro, takes about one hour. Lake of Vouliagmeni is 17 minutes away by car, the temple of Sounio is 30 minutes away by car.
