Amazing place! We had amazing 10 days at the villa :) the private beach is so beautiful, and the view is probably the best we have ever had in rented house! The host is so nice and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant in the next village where "mommy" is cooking and we were eating there almost everyday. Perfect location if you need to rest and you are looking for peace.

It is a three-storey villa in the middle of an estate of 2,700 square meters divided into different levels each of which offers a unique sea view. On the first upper floor there is one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with a shower and always hot water, a kitchen and a big sitting room with satelite TV and a big sofa . On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a big bathroom with shower and always hot water.The first bedroom has a double bed,the other a queen size bed ,the third two single beds and the last one two single beds too. On the ground floor there is a big fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room with satellite TV, home cinema and a WC. From this floor there is immediate access to a big garden and a big specious veranda with barbecue facilities ,two sunbeds and one hammock and a big swimmingpool. There is a path through our garden and some stairs which guide you to an almost private beach where you can enjoy swimming,sunbathing or fishing away from the noise of crowded places.You need about 5 minutes to go down but it's really worth it. There is also free parking for at least 3 cars. We are certain you will love the place
We are a family business interested to rent our house just for a few weeks a year to people who are looking forward to high quality, relaxing holidays, away from crowds, by the sea. We expect your respect to the place as it has been constructed with a lot of care and love.
It is a peaceful neighbourhood close to nature with a breathtaking sea view away from crouds and noise . You can go for a ride, fish and explore the area on foot.Within 5 minutes by car there are taverns and a bar and within 25 minutes by car there is Chalkida the capital of Euboia. The old bridge of Chalkis, is the hallmark of many years. Around this bridge, is the life of the city, taverns,bars and the nightlife.The biggest attraction is undoubtedly the movement of water Euripus Strait ,that every 6 hours change direction. Many traditional buildings, cafes, restaurants, bars, taverns and fish restaurants are located along the waterfront. We strongly recommend a visit to CHALKIDA ! Also within 30 kms(20 min), there is Alykes beach in Drossia which is considered to be one of the best organised beaches of Euboea with a blue flag. A considerable number of cafeterias offer sunbeds where you can enjoy your coffee or drink along with a snack after swimming in crystal clean waters.Sports lovers will have the chance to do several sea sports. It's a place you will definitely love and must visit.
