Geweldige locatie en Huis. De gastvrouw Marie was aanwezig toen wij aankwamen. Ze liet ons het hele huis zien en gaf veel uitleg hoe alles werkte. Ze had zelfs een warme maaltijd (Moussaka) voor ons gemaakt en de koelkast was gevuld met drankjes, wijn en lekkernijen. Uitzonderlijk en magnifiek geregeld.

Hello there, I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector. One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself. The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile). Aspalathos villa at Lygaria Agia Pelagia is the perfect place for your vacation in Crete. Luxury big villa (320sqm), with amazing sea views, stylish and beautiful architecture combined with privacy in a 6500 sqm land property. The villa is located 20 km from the biggest city of Crete Heraklion, almost in the middle of the island, where it is easy for you to plan your daily excursions of exploration. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the area, an explosion of blue and eye pleasure where the sea merges with the sky. You can enjoy the view while sunbathing at sun bedsnext to the private 65 sqmswimming pool or taking a walk at the Mediterranean style garden of the villa. Outside you can find a barbecue and a heavy wooden table for delicious breakfasts or romantic dinners. There are also comfortable sofas where you can spend your time relaxing while watching the sun sinking in the sea. Aspalathos villa can accommodate up to eleven people (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 WC). Security is our top priority with the fenced and gate-locked property with an alarm system installed. There are also smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, safe and private parking for up to five cars. Important Notice: During 01/7/2024-31/8/2024 arrivals are only on Saturdays.

Only 20 km away is Heraklion, the biggest city of Crete where you can find anything you desire, from restaurants, museums, shops and wild night life. The villa is almost at the center of Crete and its the perfect place to start from there the exploration of the whole island. A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).
