The hosts - really helpful and generous. The location was good - 5-10 min walk to the sea front. Agia Pelagia is a lovely bay and great for restaurants and water sports.

Breakfast was ok. The area was very good. The host Ilias was very very friendly and helpful, it's the best host i've ever met at a hotel. Anja was also very friendly. The familyroom was very big even the balcony.

This is the first time when we travel to Greece and we had the pleasure to meet Ilias and Ania such lovely hosts. They are taking care about this nice hotel and are always available even to help with the own things (such a car) when you can't travel on your own. This place was genuinely wonderful, with a delightful setting and ambiance. Some hotels simply ‘have it’, and this hotel is a fabulous place to stay. Rooms, pool, lobby and terrace areas, with care cleanliness, staff; every detail a masterclass in how to run a hotel without being too formal and stuffy. We had nice discussions on the terrace in the eveving and learn a lot about Greece and peoples from there. Would recommend also to our friends when they are coming to Crete.

A beautiful complex set around a wonderful pool area. The location is just great, with planty of free parking around and just a couple of minutes walk to the great beach of Agia Pelagia. Planty of shops around to get stuff you might need. The pool is definitely the main attraction, it's big and lots of fun (definatly a must if you travel with kids). The staff is super welcoming and was very helpful throughout. The room we had was spacious and full of light. It's always nice to get some breakfast included in an already good price.

The host has been really kind, we have reserved for a mistake without two daughters signed and he solved the problem without extra charges. the pool was wonderful to and we are just 5 min from the beach!

Very nice hotel, owners were extremely nice and thought about every detail. The hotel itself is lovely, especially the pool and flowers. Illias and Anja gave that extra touch to our holiday. We had so much fun.
