Perfectly located in a panoramic and elevated position in the sought after peninsula of Agia Pelagia, just 1500m away from the beach of Psaromoura, Villa Apollo is delightfully pretty property with 3 bedrooms and private pool, offering to its guests lovely air-conditioned interiors, extensive terraces, private pool with children section, breathtaking sea-views and even a tennis/basketball court nInside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned both in the bedrooms and common areas (included in the rental price). The views offered from the rooms are stunning, and the whole property has a cheerful feeling with plenty of character. The bright living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area is located on the ground floor. It has comfortable sofas, a single sofa-bed, satellite TV, fireplace, and the kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals (including 4 cooking rings, oven, dishwasher, etc). On the ground floor there are also a bedroom with a single bed and a useful bathroom with shower (wet-room). On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin) and a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower. Extensive furnished terraces provide sensational views over the pool, the gardens and the sea. Outside, Villa Apollo has been designed to impress. The particularly large private pool measures 50sqm and has an irregular shape. It includes a separate section for children. For the lovers al-fresco dining a shaded dining area is available, together with a large brick-built barbecue. This will be a great spot for endless relaxation under the Cretan sun chilling by the pool while enjoying the stunning views. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are also provided. Private parking on the grounds is available. The guests also have access to a nice tennis / basketball court available on the premises free of charge (shared only with the guests of a nearby property).
