A comfortable studio for 2-3 person with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a roomy closet and a shower bathroom/toilet. There is also a bright and roomy balcony with tent and with outdoor furniture, which providesa great view in the square. The studio contains one double bed. A single bed is also available so it and a can accommodate up to 3 persons. There is also a TV, a modern air conditioner and a washing machine.

The studio location is ideal for visitors that want easy access to the city centre and at the same time spend some quality time in a safe neighbourhood. It is located near the city centre with a square just out of the building door. There are many cafeterias, restaurants and bars all around the place. The surrounding area is a local recreation and entertainment hotspot with many options for great food, coffee, cinemas or a night out. All your daily needs can be covered by the nearby supermarkets, marketplaces, pharmacies and a medical centre just a short walk away from the apartment. A bus station is located 100m from the studio and serves 5 bus and one trolley lines connecting: The Syntagma square in 11 minutes. The Evngelismos metro station in 9 minutes. There is also direct bus line connection with popular locations like Omonoia square, National Museum, Kolonaki, Glyfada beach. The city centre can be reached with an enjoyable 25 minutes walk (1.9km). You can always use taxis to move around the city and also as an affordable alternative for your transit from and towards the apartment.
