Alexis Villa is a unique, stone-built Villa, designed with taste and traditional style. Such a luxurious, 300 sq. m. Villa, that enjoys the privacy of the area but yet again close to many amenities, providing all comforts and exceptionally decorated with care, is for whom they desire calmness and relaxation. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight people, including using the lounge. The Villa is also located really close to all amenities that you may need, from shops restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and bars. Additionally, the amazing sandy picturesque beach of Episkopi, is ready to welcome you in it’s crystal-clear blue waters. All things considered, either you are a multi-child family or a group of friends, Alexis Villa will offer you an unforgettable holiday experience! Additionally, the Villa owner lives nearby, so he will be available for anything you may need. NOTE: Please note that a security deposit of 200 euros is required and it shall be due at arrival to the owner of the villa. At the end of the stay this security deposit will be returned to you. - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. Episkopi is a small town near to the city of Rethimno, overlooking the northern coast of Crete, and the green and fertile valley of Mousselas river. Episkopi is the administrative and commercial centre of the area, providing quite a few facilities such as tavernas, supermarkets, a bakery, an ATM machine, a post office, as well as a fish shop and a butchery. The homonym beach Episkopi is located really close, just 5 minutes away by car, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.
