Alexandros is tucked away in large private grounds just a few metres along a quiet lane where a one minute walk will bring you out right into the very centre of Roda village. The studios and apartments at Alexandros are all together in one block adjacent to the restaurant, bar and poolside area. They are set in landscaped grounds with all Alexandros accommodation in quiet locationAccommodation in mature gardens manner of mature trees, shrubs and flowers and, in particular, Corfu’s iconic symbol – the olive tree.There are four apartments on the ground floor, each with 2 bedrooms, shower room, and a spacious kitchen and living area, perfect for a self-catering holiday. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. These generous sized apartments could actually sleep up to six people as the seating area in the kitchen/living area can easily accommodate another 2 people. Every apartment is separated from its neighbour by a wall, giving each its own terrace area, perfect for meals together in the morning sun, enjoying the established gardens.All six studios at Alexandros are all on the first floor. There is a pool bar / restaurant with lovely home made food.
We have been at Alexandros apts 23 years and we love it. We tey to keep all our customers happy and the fact that they all coming back every year make us very happy.A great many people return to Alexandros every year because the welcome here is something special. If it's total relaxation that you want, then Alexandros is the perfect place.Free sun beds and parasols around the pool, everyone is welcome, as long as they they don't bring their own food/drinks and use the bar facilities.The pool and bar are very much the centre of things at Alexandros, with wifi, poolbiljart, television.With a range of meals available from breakfast and,midday snacks, to evening meals and barbeques, every taste is catered for. All meals are enjoyed in the shade of the covered bar area around the pool and setting is just idyllic. This Quiet complex of 14 studios & apartments provides everything you could need for a holiday to remember.
The traditional fishing village of Roda is so typical of the unique Greek island of Corfu with its geography, its wildlife, its heritage and its people. Nature and history have contrived to make this a very special place indeed with a subtropical climate of mild winters and, for this part of the world, summer temperatures that are perfect for visitors from colder countries. Situated on a narrow coastal plain with a backdrop of olive-clad mountains, Roda is sheltered at the western end of St George’s Bay, the longest coastal strip on the island. With dramatic views of the Balkan mainland just a few miles away, Roda is the perfect centre for both relaxing holidays and exploration.
