Kennet House Serviced Apartment by Ferndale has a spacious lounge/diner and with two large bedrooms, one en-suite and one main bathroom. In the very heart of Reading, walking distance to the Oracle Centre, the station and town centre, and only a few hundred yards from the University. The apartment is a luxurious size, with it's own private courtyard entrance in a block with Concierge, and a dedicated, secure, electric-gated underground parking space... yes secure free parking in the middle of town! Should I mention now the elegant south facing 300 sq ft private terrace overlooking the River Kennet? The apartment comes absolutely fully furnished and equipped to a superior standard with all the essentials. Spacious and well laid out it doesn't suffer that cramped feel of hotels or smaller town centre locations. The large lounge/diner is well appointed with leather sofas, and complete with internet connected smart TV and DVD/BluRay. There is free wifi internet access throughout the apartment. [Please note as part of the booking process we do require you to sign an online contract and submit an image of your Government ID such as driving licence or passport]

About 300m is the Oracle Centre and the rail station is a short walk. The block is built on an island in the Kennet River, just before it enters the Thames.
