Located on a Peaceful Pleasant Street, I Visited for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Choice of 4 Buses heading into City Centre, A Black Cab Taxi late at Night cost reasonable £14, I enjoyed the additional Private Lounge at property with Sofa and Dining Table Litterally Just for Us as Guests to use Much more than A Hotel could be Offering The Host was very informative helpful

It is super clean and everything was as I expected from the pictures. Although it is a little further away from old town, there is a bus stop right next to it and it's very easy to go to city center. It is spacious as well. Di is very nice and helpful.

The location provides very good walk through different parts of the city (center, botanic garden and Royal Britannia Yacht), there is also buses available. We enjoy the quietness and cleanliness of the appartement. The cleanest place where we ever stayed. The host is very helpful.

"Goldenacre Private Room" comprises the back part of an apartment on the second floor of a 'tenement building' in a quiet area north of the city center. Entry is shared with your host Diana, who lives in the front part. Diana was friendly and helpful, handed us the keys, and provided prior to our arrival information as to the bus links from the airport. Our 'home' consisted of a living with garden view, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom for our private use, all very clean. In addition we were free to use the kitchen, which we shared with our host. Good location, with frequent direct buses to the city center, bus stop just around the corner, less than 1 min away. The east entry of Royal Botanic Garden is at 5 min walk, and a large Tesco supermarket on Broughton Road, at 15 min. A Chinese take-away and a few others are close by, on Inverleith Row. Nearby starts a green walkingway to Leith on the coast (a 3-4 km walk).

It’s very nice and clean, everything you could need is there, and there even was an extra lounge room with a table and a tv for us to use.
