Safe and quiet area, the house is located on a service road parallel to Derby Road. It´s close to local amenities, QMC hospital, university and shops. Child friendly zone and many of our guest have enjoyed the house and the area with their children. Garden is big with a swing and well suited for children. Local events very from time to time. City centre is accessible by bus (10 mins) or taxi. The property is a beautiful 4 bed house, consisting of 2 ensuites and 2 rooms that share a bathroom. Additional WC is located on the ground floor. Plenty of parking space is available too.
