This maisonette apartment set over the ground and lower ground floor. The home enters on to the dining and living room with bedrooms in the lower ground floor. LIVING & DINING ROOM A light and stylish room, the space comprises a dining table and surrounding chairs, artwork on the walls and a living area on the left. The living room include armchairs, a sofa by the window, a television and a minimalist fireplace. Cool artwork hangs on the walls, completely the sleek aesthetic. KITCHEN With contemporary fittings throughout, the kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. This space also has a circular, small table and chairs, for more informal dining or breakfast! WC There is a WC and circular basin for convenience. FIRST BEDROOM The bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor. The first bedroom is perfect for children, with two bunk beds and a desk with 2 chairs. There is also a television next to the desk. A wardrobe provides storage. Please note, these bunk beds are suitable for children under 12. EN SUITE This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. With sleek tiling, there is a shower, circular basin and WC. MASTER BEDROOM Next door, this bedroom includes a double bed, with bedside table and art on the walls, as well as a television opposite the bed. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin, in cool minimalist fittings. THIRD BEDROOM Another bedroom, with bunk beds (full size) to sleep 2 guests. There are also toys and a television mounted to the wall. There is a wardrobe for storage. UTILITY ROOM There is a separate utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer. BATHROOM T... Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, guests with allergies should be aware, a dog usually lives here. Please note the bedrooms are on the lower ground floor.
