The property is located in a quiet residential street in East Belfast. The only way to get to the house is via Templemore Avenue. There is a small peace wall dividing the street which is not marked on GPS maps. During the Summer months there will be flags, bunting and parades in the general area. This is part of Belfast culture which culminates in a large annual parade on the 12th July and nothing I have control over!
