We booked very last-minute, just a couple of hours before we arrived, having swiftly checked out of a horribly dirty hotel. Although it was tricky getting the booking sorted out, the host/manager was very helpful and it wasn't long before we were in and settled. The best thing about the apartment is the location, which is just a few steps from the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. It was great to have two bedrooms and two shower rooms, as well as a really big living space and kitchen. Nothing was a problem for us, but some travellers might find the stairs difficult - the apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is no lift and the stairs (typical of an old building) are uneven and the tread is short. It's also worth noting that the shower rooms are very small. There were only two of us but this would be a great place for two couples or for a family to stay. We were really happy staying here.
