The guests bedrooms are en-suite and very spacious. Both roooms have recently been decorated with new carpet and new double glazed windows throughout. Our delux room has all new furniture and a wet room. The double room has a new bed and newly decorated en-suite. all rooms come complete with tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen T.V Continentle breakfast is included in the room rate. We have a lovely bright dining room which over looks the sun lounge. The lounge catches the heat of the sun and is a nice area to read your morning paper or sit with a beer in the eveinging. There is a large carpark on site which is coverd by CCTV.

I like to keep myself busy so always on the go, I love sea swimming and go in the sea all year round. I love Cornwall and try to walk a different area each time I go out. The beaches are just stunning and I like nothing better than meeting up with friends at Fistral Beach for a glass of red ! or a flask of coffee and watch the world go by.

Quintrell Downs is a nice friendly village just on the out skirts of Newquay. From here you can either walk into Newquay or take a bus or train ride which run frequently in the summer. It's about 3 mile into town. There are three very nice pubs/restaurants that offer a very good menu, they also serve the local Ales. There is a post office and a fully stocked Spar shop. Quintrell Downs is approximately 5 minute drive from the A30, this takes you East or West direct. Treviglos Lodge is approximately 5 minutes from National Trust Trerice Manor and 30 minute drive to Padstow, Mevagissey, Truro and the famous Eden Project. Down West you have St Ives, Penzance and National Trust St Michael's Mount. On the Northern side you have St Agnes Heritage Coast and Perranporth. On a damp day there is the Sea Life Centre, Light House Cinema, Dairy Land and lots of shops to visit. We have some stunning beaches and coastal walks, which again are only a short drive away. All in all we are very central and easy to reach. Its just a great place for anyone to visit. When the surfs up the beach is the best place to be !
