The Cottage is a lovely cottage situated in Knaresborough on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep 4 people in a double and twin room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car. The Cottage is a traditional cottage, a perfect destination for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years

Knaresborough is a pretty market and Spa town on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, overlooking the River Nidd. An ideal location for touring the stunning countryside of the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. For lovers of history, St John’s Church, Knaresborough House and Knaresborough Castle were built by the Normans in around 1100 AD. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy wonderful walks by the river, cycling, climbing, fishing, boating or just sitting and taking in the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The town centre has many interesting shops and galleries, and there is a colourful and lively market held on Wednesdays.
