The Burrow at Burrow Wood Farm is a lovely, detached, contemporary cottage, surrounded by rolling Devon pasture, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and located just 4.5 miles from the beach at Sidmouth. It is a set in a large private garden, with wonderful views, and no near neighbours, other than the owner’s main farmhouse across the driveway. Situated down a single lane road, in a quiet rural location, it has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 maximum. Light and airy, and popular with nature lovers, it is also great for families , a quiet escape, romantic getaway or special occasion. We also accept dogs. There is so much to do in the surrounding area, something for everyone!

Hello, I am Claire, your host, and I live in the main farmhouse on the farm where The Burrow is located. I am a mixed media artist, living with my small family on this wonderful smallholding in the middle of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our extended family includes pet sheep, pet pigs and pet llamas and ponies - all tame and cuddly. Why don't you come and join us for a stay in our idyllic little slice of Devon heaven?

Wildlife galore, walks galore, a place to get away from it all, yet only 4.5 miles to the coast as Sidmouth, where you will find the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The best of both worlds, with the added bonus of the wonderful city of Exeter being only 10 miles away.
