The apartment is located on a quiet street in the lively Broughton area making it an ideal location for a city stay. There is a Lidl store behind the back garden and a Tesco behind that. There are plenty of nice pubs and restaurants within minutes walking distance. The apartment is also in walking distance to Princess street. The beautiful Botanic gardens is just around the corner. Inverleith park is also closeby, a great place for a walk on a nice day. There are plenty of buses within minutes walk to get into town. The apartment is a short taxi ride from Waverley train station. St Andrews bus station is a 15 minute walk. The Tram line is also a short walk which is ideal for airport. Parking: There are pay and display bays on the main road, which are chargeable between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please check relevant signs. The pay and display meters provide a maximum time of 4 hours, however, you can then pay again for further time. There are also 2 supermarkets behind the building which offer a few hours for free. There are 24 hour car parks in the surrounding areas.
