This 'Wow Factor' apartment with a waterfront location has been converted and furnished to a high specification with stunning views of Clarence Marina below and of the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Harbour, HMS Warrior and the Naval Dockyard across the water. Big on character with huge oak beams, Georgian cast iron posts and some exposed original brickwork giving a flavour of the buildings former life as part of the Royal Naval Victualling Yard. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with historic double wooden doors leading onto a balcony. There are two good sized bedrooms both with 5ft king-size beds, one en-suite with a powerful shower and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have sea views. On the practical side there is a lift and an allocated parking area and all linen, towels & toiletries are provided. From Gosport it is only a short 4 minute ferry ride to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays, where on one side a wonderful cosmopolitan quayside complex with over 90 designer retail outlets plus 30 odd cafés, restaurants and bars are all sitting on the harbour entrance.This complex also offers a bowling alley and a multiplex cinema.

We also rent out a large holiday house nearby and we love to stay at The Admiral's Quarters from time to time to unwind, soak up the views and explore nearby Old Portsmouth & Southsea. Crossing the harbour on the Gosport ferry, watching the ever changing waterfront and craft all adds to the excitement of our time at the apartment.

Below us are two excellent restaurants and all of our local marina's have good food on offer - so if you are taking a break from cooking and dont feel like going far, you are spoilt for choice... On this side of the water a short walk accross the Millennium Bridge, a drawbridge from the apartment leads to the Explosion Museum and the Submarine Museum is also close by.
