House is 1930s inside its almost modern bright and homely always clean and tidy and bright. its a very 'feel free and easy going happy' home there is a piano and guitar here which you are very welcome to play. Feel free to use the kitchen I do have a cat so I hope you are cat friendly I have a garden and patio with a patio set which you are welcome to sit out and enjoy the sun trap there is a drive way which you are welcome to park on, or park on the opposite side of the road opposite the house Sunrise is close to a woodland walk taking you to the beautiful Branksome chine beach. a 20 minute walk or very short drive to Canford cliffs village and beach and also the famous sandbanks i am 2 minutes walk approx to pennhill shops and amenities, bars, restaurants convenient store and also Mark Benetts Bakery which is to die for its second to none !

I am very friendly easy going and a happy kind of person who enjoys hosting people and making sure they stay here is as easy and pleasant as possible. Please feel at ease and at home here and do ask me anything that you wish to know. Please feel free to relax in the garden on the patio, feel free to make yourself coffee and tea as and when you wish. eat and drink outside in the garden on the patio also if you wish. My home is your home. I do love the beach and all watersports I love music and life I am a quite person that loves to chat if you want to chat, otherwise I leave you to your peace and quiet. I work from home so I will be around although i am in out out of the house.
