In Scarborough’s North Bay, opposite Peasholm Park, this friendly, 4-star family-run B&B offers free Wi-Fi and scenic views towards the park. Guests can enjoy full English breakfasts and rooms with elegant décor. The individually decorated rooms at Park View each have a modern en suite bathroom with free toiletries replenished daily. Front bedrooms have park views, while some overlook the courtyard. All rooms have a flat-screen TV/DVD player and tea/coffee facilities. Hearty full English breakfasts are served daily in the bright, airy dining room, with vegetarian and lighter continental options also available. Seasonal fresh fruit and fruit juice are available in the buffet, and you can eat as much tea, coffee, toast and cereal as you like. Breakfast is served from 8:15 to 9:00. Less than 500 metres from the sandy North Bay Beaches, Park View Guest House is less than a 15-minute walk from Scarborough Castle, Scarborough Railway Station and Scarborough town centre.

The Park View at Peasholm Park has an enviable location. Right at the entrance to the beautiful Peasholm park, we are at the heart of Scarborough's North Bay and all its attractions. We welcome you to a grand home, built in the 1930's we have a prominent raised position overlooking the park. Tastefully decorated we offer a home from home stay for our guests with a lovely front garden to sit out and watch the world go by. A short walk to practically everywhere we are surrounded by everything you will need to have a fabulous holiday.

Home to the famous open air theatre we welcome acts such as Kylie Minougue, Tom Jones, Duran Duran and many more. Two minutes from the Scarborough's best beach and a three minute walk to the famous minature train that takes you on a scenic trip to Scarborough Sea Life centre. A two minute stroll in the opposite direction and you have the fantastic venue of Scarborough cricket club. One of the best small grounds in the country for watching first class cricket.
