This beautiful flat is located in a modern residential area of London, just a 12 minute walk to King’s Cross St Pancras Station! Being so close to this major transport link makes travelling around incredibly easy, with the choice of 6 different Underground Lines, and bus tours galore. Having 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open plan kitchen, lounge area, makes this place the perfect city break for up to 4 guests to see what London has to offer! In a lovely new apartment building which is just off the main road, you will find this flat as a modern city retreat to relax in. There is a gorgeous balcony, with flowers and plants decorating the rails, and a few chairs for you to enjoy the outside spot! The master bedroom, and the living area both have glass doors to access the balcony, which brings in the perfect amount of light into the whole apartment. You can either take the lift or the stairs up to the third floor, and the flat is on one floor with spacious rooms. This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!

The flat is perfectly located, with a Tesco Express Supermarket sitting just a 1 minute walk from the apartment block! If you walk 10 minutes down the main road, you will walk straight into King’s Cross square, with the station and surrounding of many bars and restaurants. Regents Park is about 20 minutes away via the train, and the 02 Academy is also just 15 minutes away for all the music lovers. You will be spoilt for choices, in this buzzing yet residential area of London! Bus stops are dotted along the main road, which can take you straight into the city. You can either take the bus to King’s Cross, or you can walk 12 minutes up the road. From King’s Cross station, there are the following train lines: Northern, Piccadilly, Circle, Hammersmith & City Lines, Metropolitan Line, and the Victoria Line. Farringdon is also just a 20 minute walk away, where you can reach the lively food market of Leather Lane!
