The apartment has been recently renovated to a gorgeous standard with beautiful and very stylish fixtures and fittings. With access to the communal garden and located a mere 5 minute walk from York Minster, this is the perfect base. The space Recently renovated and finished to the highest of standards, the apartment is located on the ground floor and comprises a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, large double bedroom with plenty of storage and a full-size bathroom. In keeping with the Victorian period every room has high ceilings, and there is underfloor heating throughout to keep you nice and cosy. Complimentary tea/coffee is provided if you would like a hot drink on arrival. We also offer a small complimentary kitchen pack consisting of dishwasher tubs, washing machine tubs, fairy liquids and sponges. There will be fresh white bedding and towels (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. All of our linen at toiletries are hotel quality. A few minutes walk across the car park next door, there is a Sainsbury's supermarket where you can purchase more if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
