I only let out this apartment as I am not a professional landlord. I work in the City and originally bought it to stay in during the week. Today I not longer need it to stay in but am very fond of the apartment and so have not sold it. I enjoy letting it out to people visiting London

This apartment is in a listed building just a few minutes walk from most of the theatres, restaurants and tourists sites of central London. It is a studio flat which sleeps 2 adults in a double bed . There is a sofa bed which could sleep one small child or, at a squeeze, a third adult but sofa beds are not comfortable and it is really for 2 adults.. Let me quote recent reviews: Amanda ''Lovely place, Amazing location in the middle of everything'. Julie wrote: ''Beautiful spacious and clean apartment in one of the nicest areas in London. Restaurants, pubs and bars are within walking distance, and a tube station just around the corner. The host was more than helpful, and always replied immediately to any questions I had. I had a wonderful time, and can only recommend it.'' Ikumi says: ''What a location!! We travelled with our 3 year-old but it was very comfortable and she slept well every night. If you are looking for a quiet yet convenient area, I recommend Ian's flat.'' These are typical comments of people staying.

The apartment is 5 minutes from 2 metro stations. However there is enough in the area for you to never want to get on the metro. Lets quote Ikumi who stayed a few weeks ago: '' What a location!! 5 mins walk to Trafalgar Square, 18 mins walk to Big Ben and 25 mins walk to Buckingham Palace from the flat. We even walked to Natural History Museum! The Metro station is 3 mins walk and it is surrounded by delicious coffee shops, restaurants and pubs'' And Ikumi does not mention the National Galley, the National Portrait Galley and historic Covent Garden itself which are all a few minutes walk away.
