Within 14 acres, the Spillers Farm is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated in Axminster, it is 10 minutes’ drive from the famous Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis and offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The rooms include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities with bottled mineral water and confectionery. The en suite or shared bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. In the mornings, Spillers Farm serves full English breakfast. Dishes are prepared using bacon, locally sourced sausages and eggs from the free-range chickens. Vegetarian omelettes are also available. Guests are welcome to explore Spillers Farm’s fields, which are filled with animals. The private lake is home to wildlife, including swans and geese. Free private parking is also available.

Spillers Farm is situated in a spectacular rural setting in East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spillers Farm B&B accommodation and holiday cottage is a haven of peace and tranquillity nestling in the beautiful village of Musbury, near Axminster, in the Axe Valley. We offers numerous options for a relaxing break. We have four bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 2 rooms which share the same bathroom. Our guests have a choice of bed and breakfast accommodation in our 150 year old farmhouse or a self-catering stay in our spacious, self-contained holiday cottage. Spillers Farm also has a small CL caravan site registered with The Caravan and Motorhome Club for five touring caravans located in close proximity to our picturesque wild life lake. We have a very good taxi service in our area for guests travelling by public transport and for those wishing to leave their car at Spillers Farm for a relaxing evening out. Numbers of local taxi companies along with directions to Spillers Farm will be sent with booking confirmation.
The owners of Spillers Farm – Jayne and Carl – recently moved to Devon from London to fulfil a dream of self-sufficiency: raising our own live stock and growing our own fruit and vegatables. And where better to live out this dream than the beautiful rural setting of Spillers Farm with its own lake, holiday cottage, caravan site and B&B facilities. We fell in love with Spillers Farm and the surrounding area and could not imagine a better setting to fulfil our dreams. Smallholding Spillers Farm is a member of the Devon Association of Smallholders. Guests are welcome to walk around and enjoy the farmhouse setting and views. Our wildlife lake is home to many visitors including the seasonal visit by swans to raise their cygnets, Canadian geese and moorhens.
Spillers Farm is ideally situated for those seeking a base from which to explore the East Devon and Dorset countryside as well as the Jurassic Coastline, the East Devon Way and the South West Coast Path. Spillers Farm is a few minutes away from some of the most delightful historic towns and villages along these routes. Our own pretty Musbury Village is the starting point of a scenic circular walk to the site of Musbury Castle, an Iron Age Hill Fort on the East Devon Way.
