This sumptuous property has been completely renovated to the highest standards. It is luxurious, warm and homely. A perfect spot for your trip to Edinburgh, and just a short walk to all the city's main attractions in the city centre, Leith, Old Town & New Town. Surrounded by trendy cafes, varied restaurants and bars it's a great base for exploring all Edinburgh has to offer! The apartment has two bedrooms, each with king-sized beds. One bedroom overlooks a quiet rear garden the other bedroom looks a private forecourt to the front both with large sash windows. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a new John Lewis bed with top quality linen and towels. There is a family bathroom with a rainfall shower and bath, as well as a second toilet room. The apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area and a door to the private patio garden. With large windows street-side to a private forecourt, the lounge is a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and if you would like to use it, please let us know and linens will be supplied for an additional fee of GBP25. We can also supply a baby cot, on request, for an additional fee of EUR20. The apartment is located in a large Georgian property at the eastern end of the historic New Town, built in the 1820's by W.
