Please note that there is no reception for the Mile Apartments and staff are not present in any of the locations. The self-check-in process requires key collection from a designated key box at the flat or a nearby location.

Guests are required to send a photo ID prior to arrival.

Guests must contact the property 3 days in advance of their stay to ensure they have all the instructions on how to get keys for the apartment.

Guests are requested to leave the accommodation tidy upon departure. If excessive cleaning is required after departure, a cleaning fee will be charged to contribute to the costs.

Additional beds for adults are available in some apartments, please contact the property directly to arrange extra beds in the apartment. Surcharges will apply.

£150の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
