There is a late check in fee of GBP 25 for check-ins after 19:00.

Please note that a prepayment for your stay is required to secure your reservation. This can be by bank transfer or credit card. A credit or debit card can be used with a passport of the same name. The passport may be held until check out. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.

Please note that this is a private residential property therefore no parties are allowed. Guests must observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00, when loud noise or music is not permitted.

Please note a GBP 100 fee applies if keys are lost or not returned on the day of departure.
