Maria is one of the friendliest people I've met, she made us feel so welcome and after a long drive down to Ramsgate the welcome we got was lovely, she goes above and beyond providing, tea, coffee, milk etc. Awesome 😀 you won't regret staying at seagulls rest.

Location was great - very close to a local Co-op and the sea; also an excellent cafe close by. The rooms were large and the flat was very well equipped. We parked on the road outside the flat. The Loop Bus was at the end of the road - a very cheap and easy way to explore Thanet!

The owner was great. She showed us everything and was pleasant and easy to chat to. Very sincere. The property is spacious and comfy. Balcony area to sit out in morning with a cuppa. We were left to get on with our holiday which was great. Easy to clean property, like home from home. And not too many ornaments so kids can't break anything. Box of toys provided DVDs and books to read. Will stay again

The flat was very spacious and everything you needed was there The flat was well situated just a short walk to the beach and town, towels and bedding were supplied, the host was so friendly and made us feel very welcome, there was even a toy box for the children, perfect.

Quiet location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Loop buses around the corner. 15 minutes walk to the harbour and town centre.

Bus fährt vom Bahnhof ganz in die Nähe der Wohnung. Schlüsselübergabe kurz und problemlos, Besitzter gut erreichbar - wir kamen wegen Bahnstreik einen Tag später. Wohnung geht über 2 Stockwerke -Schlafräume oben (wegen nächtlichem Klogang bedenken!) War für uns kein Problem. Ruhig gelegen, aus der gut eingerichteten Küche Blick in verschiedene Hinterhöfe, deren Anblick uns aber nicht störte. Alles Notwendige vorhanden, sogar große frische Milch für den Tee im Kühlschrank! Fernseher und DVD Spieler und viele DVDs vorhanden, die wir aber nicht zum Laufen brachten, wir hatten aber auch keine Zeit dazu, weil wir auf dem Viking Trail auf und ab geradelt sind. Räder hatten wir in Margate gemietet. Diese konnten wir im Hof abstellen.

Maria etait super et tres gentille:-) Appart simple mais probre, bien equipe, literie super et l’emplacement tres bien pour le centre de Ramsgate et pour les visites autour. Parking inclus dans le logement, mais aussi possible de se gare gratuitement dans la rue. On revient sans doute dans ce logement si on retournerai a Ramsgate:-)
