This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a snug, and a utility, along with nine bedrooms, resting from the lower ground floor to the second floor; eight of the bedrooms have en-suites, along with a further shower room and cloakroom. Appliances include a gas Range with eight burners and double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, twelve TVs with Freeview, and a selection of books and games. There's an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and hot tub, a front courtyard with furniture, and permit parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two highchairs and two travel cots. Sail Lodge is a wonderful base for a large family break to North Yorkshire. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card. Note: No stag, hen, or similar note: there is an 10pm outside curfew at this property, after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest and not cause any form of disturbance to our neighbours. Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given.
