This property is ideal for outdoor and nature lovers, as it is located in Stokeinteignhead, close to Shaldon, at the mouth of the Teign Estuary and beaches.. Ground Floor:

Stokeinteignhead is a chocolate-box thatched village nestled in a sheltered valley near the sea in south Devon.
Just over 1 mile from the beach at Maidencombe, the property is spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a very good standard. There is a sunny courtyard area with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The local pub, dating back to the 17th century, is a 2-minute walk from the cottage and serves good food and real ales. There are many walks from the cottage including the South West Coastal Path, and the Teign Estuary, a great place for bird watching and nature lovers. Nearby, Shaldon is an idyllic little fishing village with quaint cottages and narrow winding streets, situated at the mouth of the Teign Estuary on the edge of the English Riviera and Torbay.
