Surrounded by 25 acres of farmland, guests can stroll through the field down to the river and fish (licence required), maybe spot an otter or mink, or launch your boat and head towards Rye. Alternatively, boats can be hired further down river. In the fields, you’ll find some friendly donkeys, ponies and ducks. The cottage makes an excellent base for exploring the medieval town of Rye with its tea shops, antique shops and art galleries.
